Villa Høie Holst, Riis, Oslo

Extension, renovation, terraces, garden and pool area.

Originally designed by architect Geir Grung in 1963, this project included expanding the villa, renovating selected interior areas, and designing new terraces, garden zones, and an outdoor pool.

The extension was carefully developed to harmonise with the existing architecture, using matching materials, windows, and detailing to appear as part of the original structure. The new volume houses a generous bathroom with direct pool access, a rare feature in the Norwegian climate. Ceramic tiles and Boffi interiors contribute to a minimal, refined expression.

Additional renovations were carried out in other parts of the house.
