Conversion of a traditional barn into a dwelling.

A former barn at the historic Haukåmoen farmstead has been converted into a small residence. The original structure consisted of two log-built volumes; one had collapsed, while the other was preserved and remains visible inside the house.

The exterior is clad with traditional vertical barn panelling, following local building traditions and craftsmanship. The new interior layout includes an entrance, bathroom, kitchen and living area, and two bedrooms.
